I have temporarily lifted the blocks on post counts in all the forums. I am in the process of purging any users that have not logged in for over 6 months and that have 0 for a post count and 0 for any submissions in the main Citadel. To do this, I had to refigure everybody's post count in case they only posted to a "no count zone." Don't want to delete anybody on accident.
As soon as you see the users drop down below 1000 you know I have ran the cleaning script and I will soon be re-establishing the "no count zones."
