Please could I have help with creating The Khufu?

The Khufu

This life is simply preparation for the next. A large percentage of the kingdom's resources are dedicated to building an enormous monument and tomb for when this king eventually passes. He is a decent ruler, but his reign will not stand out in the minds of the people; he will be remembered only by his tomb.

I want him as a Quest submission. But why would he have such strange views in the first place? Any ideas?

These views are not strange. Man has always strived to build monuments to himself.

Yeah, so far the concept is absolutely a standard - you will need to do a whole lot more to make it something new.
