Ok, firstly, unless you have actually called this guy, the site is probbaly a fraud. I'm fairly certain that to be tattooed you must be of legal adult age, that is 18. You gotta wonder about the morals of a guy that wants to inflict that much pain on children. I have a tattoo and am getting another one, a smiley face, for my birthday. I also have 2 kids, ages 7 years and another boy 19 months. I don't believe either one knows enough about themselves to have ink injected into thier skin.
Another way to look at it. How many black eyes is this kid gonna have when he starts gym? It's hard to take a guy seriously when he's got a Pooh bear with his hand in a honey jar on his arm. How's he gonna get any dates when the girls look at him and assume he's gay from the tattoo? My 7 year old liked Pooh and went through a disney phase, then a transformer pahse, then power rangers, and Harry potter and Zoids, and pokemon, and is currently on K'nex. KIDS CHANGE THIER MINDS!!! Don't give him something so permanant when he doesn't know what he wants! Let him grow up and discover what kind of person he is and what he likes, then support him in whatever tattoos, piercings, brandings or whatever kids'll be doing when he grows up. But let him grow up!
