only played one through to seven, but I actually enjoyed 5 the most - with its job system.

I like Final Fantasy VII, followed closely by X, with V running third.

Hmmm, VII was definetly my favorite, X...tisk tisk, the voice acting was Horrible. It hurt my ears. IV would be next in line, I loved how there were a ton of characters who died saving the party, it was a cool effect. Anyways...I hear a lot of rambling that VI was the best, I don't know what all the fuss is about, but I don't see the greatness in the game, oh well.

VI? VI was really, really good, but VII and Tactics were better.
And you say the voice acting in X was bad?! It was some of the best voice acting in a game that I've ever heard!
Can't you remember how much emotion and feelin they managed to infuse it with?

EEK! It was Bad!! At least I think so, Tidus was above all the worst, so fake and stupid, along with his character. But that's my opinion.

Naw, I really liked the voice acting, I thought it was excellent. But I won't argue.
I, too, did not like Tidus. I found him whiny, though he had a very well-defined personality.

VII was my favorite, and the first final fantasy game I ever played, since then I have played all the ones from VII to X, and I played iii on my computer. I remember being blown away by the cut scenes in VII.

X really moved me, your not to good about getting into the game are you, i can completely understand tidus. What he ends up doing is very moving but I wont give it away for any of you who havn't beatin it. 6 was really good, i loved the omni main characters that it enforced. Tactics had a remarkable story, cool battle music, and an awsome fight system. I havn't played 5 but i would immagine that its similar to tactics and X-2 which I WOULD NOT recomend for those of you who are wondering about it.

I totally agree with you, Magus, except about X-2, which, despite your thumbs down, I'm still going to get.

Final Fantasy what?
You just said "Final Fantasy".
If you mean the first Final Fantasy, that game was for Nintendo and didn't have Sephiroth, materia, and such.
What you meant to say was Final Fantasy VII.

ff7 is the best final fantasy period. ff9 comes in second with X as third. The best RPG of all time has to be Kingdom Hearts. If anyone with a ps2 has never played that game, YOU ARE CRAZY!!!! And for those of you that have, you would probably agree.

i know it's sad to say, but i really haven't played the ff1-ff6 games. all i have played is 7-11 (including X-2). but i would agree that ff7 was one of the coolest. 9 was too.

What do you mean by that?
What's wrong with Ivalice?
And, anyway, they're just re-using the name Ivalice. It's a totally different world than the other Ivalices.
