Strolen, we need to relocate the Citadel somewhere farther south. Like onto Antarctica. No worries about heating - I've got a few weird things in my hoard that can keep the Citadel warm (go cold fusion!), and I think all these penguins will be happier there...

You only find Fairy penguins, and at the very south of australia. And I wasnt under the impression you were quite so small, Cap. Fairy penguins grow to about a foot in height.
