I will probably like Harry Potter from the view that it is a child's book.
Well, I have to disagree in this point! The first two or maybe even three books are for children, but the fourth and the fifth are definitely not! The cruelty which is described in these books is nothing for little children. I wouldn't allow my children to read them before they're twelve years old. Or even a bit older. It's not only the cruelty, it's confusing and hard to understand, too. Those things with the ministry and everything. I had to read one chapter of the fourth book twice 'cause I didn't get what the facts were. Well, I first read the books in English and didn't understand half of them (of the last two books).
Well, at that time I'm reading a book by Wolfgang Hohlbein. It' called
Azrael. When I'm finished I will read
Azrael - The Return. I don't think you know Hohlbein but he's a great author. His book
Dark is also great. He's one of my most favorite authors!
