The elven empire has a custom of “errantry,” where you go out when still young to seek adventures, do good in the world, and blow off steam. This is a large gang of teenagers from a few adjoining manors who took it pretty seriously and all ran off. If you need eager youngsters for whatever purposes, these’ll do! (And since we know what obsesses teens most, I’ve put in who-fancies-whom!)
