White Rock is a fishing village just off the main coastal road, not too far from a town and a bit farther from a city. Named for the white boulders that are found around these parts, the village is built on a protected cove that has a small set of streams outletting into it. The weather is a bit cold in the winter, but the summers can be quite pleasant. The fishing is fairly good in these waters. It is on its way to becoming a tiny town.

Whilst few games involve politicians directly, they are often in the background. Sometimes one of them might have been the patron of the PCs, who sent them on their quest, or the chief evil villain that the PCs have to defeat. Other times law enforcement is chasing the PCs after they broke the laws of the region, laws that are made by politicians. Even an iron-fisted dictator needs to know how politics works. And so I present you with 30 politicians to use in your games. I have made them senators, but they could just as easily be Members of Parliament, Mayors, Councillors or whatever politicians are called in your world.These are really meant for a modern or sci-fi game although one or two might fit in an old-time world.

The nations of the Kolm surpasses all other barbarians in their wilderness of life. Thoug they do just bear the likeness of men, of a very ugly pattern, they are so little advanced in civilization that they make no use of fire, nor any kind of relish, in the preparation of their food, but feed upon the roots which they find in the fields, and the half-raw flesh of any sort of animal. I say half-raw, because they give it a kind of cooking by placing it between their own thighs and the back of their horses. They fight in no regular order of battle but by being extremely swift and sudden in their movements, they disperse, and hen rapidly come toghether in loose array. They spread havoc over the vast plains and flying over the ramparts, they pillage the camp of their enemy almost before he has become aware of their approach. They are the most terrible warriors for when in close combat with swords and flails they fight without regard to their own safety, and while their enemy is intent upon parrying the thrust of the swords, they will entangle him with their chains so that he loses all power of walking or riding.
