Very nice sort of NPC. Versitle. Can be used for a single scenario or woven into a few plots.

The description is short in a numeric sense, but totally complete. The details are defined, but vauge... so you can plug the character in any appropriate setting.

Bullied a child and now out for revenge - bit of a cliche perhaps (pretty much the plot of most low budget slasher movies), but one that does work reasonably well

A useful NPC villain - could be used as the protagonist in anything from a simple hack and slash (evil gnome sorcerer killing children) to a complex mystery (a series of bizarre accidents killing cute little kids)
