Yet another good submission. There must be a way of cleaning any soul vestiages from the body before reanimating it. Go to Comment

Ah, the latest addition in an expanding setting! A great one as well, I should mention that I will GM a session in the Locastus setting tomorrow and the tower will be one of the locastions featured. This write has what I expected of it when I read the headline. But I feel that it is missing something, that little extra. Hmmm(need to think about that), but still- a great submission that recives a high score from me. Go to Comment

A zombie factory chock full of lovely detail! I like the bit about the Caretakers feeling "soiled" and seeking to be absolved. Also like the Body Praxis detail. You know, I kinda agree with Mike. There is something "sexy" missing, but I dont know what it may be.

Anyway, Locastus grows, and I rejoice. Go to Comment

An excellent place. Question - is there any of the original person's soul/spirit remaining within the husk of a Deader? Go to Comment

A place of dire mystery, described in hideous glory. Nightmarish and useful.

Well done. Go to Comment

Val: I have this notion that the soul must be kept away from the Deader, otherwise it will turn into a real, bloodthirsty undead. I think the Deaders are more like golems than zombies, the makers just make use of a thing with all the right joints and so on, which would otherwise be expensive to make.... Go to Comment

A late vote due to my slow computer. Not all fantasy is elegant castles or wild woodland. Go to Comment

First of all, let me say that I love the name! And while there was nothing wrong with the write-up I felt that it was somehow lacking. More like a frame for something then the actual "painting". It shows much promise though, and hints at some great ideas.

This could be expanded, and I would love it to be!

(P.S- As Valadaar, my vote is a placeholder until you expand it.) Go to Comment

Good bones for a location, but currently somewhat missing the meat. You mentioned in chat that you would be changing that in time, so this vote is a placeholder - I'll change it as needed. Go to Comment

This is more of a frame work and flavour text for a series of subs that´ll flesh out the area (I hope). /D. Go to Comment

OK, ladies and gentlemen, I´ve added a map to this sub as well.
Sadly, it has to be a linked image, since our gallery ain´t accepting uploads at the moment.
As soon as it works again, I´ll put the map up as a nice thumbnail.
Hope you´ll like it!

I like every part of this except the Autumn Kingdom, because it's a massively cliche'd clone of China.

Otherwise, it's great. Go to Comment

Wow again. Lots of meat here, yet the write-ups manage to stay very compact. The inspiration for some of the races is visible, but doesn't poke into the eye... they are all very usable. It is indeed a good inspiration! Speaking for the formatting-crazy crowd, it could be easily split into a scroll, but it is fine as is.

Great work, O.! It is easy to create new races/minorities based on this list - I may end up doing that very thing. :) Go to Comment
