Lovely, evocative, flower. Manfred's comment makes me ponder "night pollen" as a potential spell component. And of course can picture cults/followers of lunar deities, with fields of these delicate flowers around their holy sites. Go to Comment
"scritter" "scritter". These things have to make so much noise going across rooftops. They will be the bane of urban dwellers with cheap roofs.
Hmmm. Nasty thought. Those who sneak on roofs might learn to mimic this noise, so people will think it is Scrats instead of sneaks. Maybe all it would take is some "odd" additions to your boots.. scratt toes attached to the front of the boots, so they will "bounce" and "scratch" naturally. Go to Comment
I just reread this. This is a scary set of creatures. All of a sudden you need to worry about a cloud of leaves in the wind coming at you.
You can also use their victims as a "fear inducing feature", as if a few swarms rolled across a given swath of terrain the PCs are travelling, they could find the desicated corpes in odd positions. Go to Comment
A sword that stores the identity of the wielder. To transfuse the soul to the blade, one must first stab himself through the heart. The person will not die, but lose the freedom of the soul upon real death.
