I recommend Clockwork Fagin. It reminds me of number 30.
How many come in a pack? Are they rechargeable or are they one shot specials? Useful and good to have, but maybe a tad beige, rather like the roadside kit in the trunk.
I like these posts that give depth and details to little items. Things like this don't make your game or your plot but they make the world richer. Also the more detail an item has the more a PC can take to manipulating it and problem solving with it.
I'd like to know two things:
a) as Anaszt's descent into vampirism would make a fascinating tale for heroes to discover, how exactly did the switch from peacemaker to bloodsucker come about? (We all know how a poor description of a hero's fall can ruin the whole experience, see Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith)
b) what sets the Anaszti apart from normal vampires, beside the pyramid scheme of blood?
