I would be rather interested, how subsequent attempts to cultivate life here have fared. A dead planet will eventually become uninhabitable, so someone has attempted to set out a few plants. Would they survive, or would they die... on it's own, or from whatever befell the planet? Go to Comment

I liked the 'ancient terraforming technology' bit most, it is an interesting option with a tragic aftertaste.

Lightning is very powerful indeed, so it would be likely to strike and kill them if they live in or near thunderclouds. Other then that, very good. Go to Comment
