Nice format and detail on this one. Flows well, hits all pertinent points, without hitting you over the head with them. Everything you need to know to plop this city into an existing campaign, or at the very least, to steal ideas for other cities.

Very basic HTML will work for formatting. Using angle brackets instead of {} in the following examples will do the trick:

{B}Somename} yields Somename
{i}Somename} yields Somename
{hr} yields

etc.

Tables work, but are clunky.

Pasting HTML here always yields too many blank lines for my taste. Go to Comment

This is the first of the World of Khoras submissions being reposted here. I'm starting with the Coalition because someone in chat had explicitly asked about this one.
