I would expect this to share the cold with its wearer the same as the related armor does. No mere mortal can simply use this without consequence.

I came to this sub from the Lord Niavon submission, this is a good plot for the late campaign. I like it! Go to Comment

I'd say its a corruption of Celsius - who was a swede. Could not find where the last name Celsius came from, though it sounds roman. Go to Comment

I wonder if Disney read this one, for it predates the film by a large degree..

I really like this - it would fit well in a Harry Potter universe, not just because of the 'British' motif, but the style of magic.

An interesting item indeed, especially the debate which accompanied it. I think personally that the item has enough complexity to prevent it from being overwhelming in its use. Being vague covers a world of sins.

In a very, very old campaign of mine, the pc's had an 'oracle' stone which provided similar info, but in a far less subtle manner. Go to Comment

A useful material and applicable to many settings. The formatting could use some cleanup (empty Magical Properties, for example). Go to Comment

This one is a ready-made quest with only minor details such as a cure. Perhaps one of these - 30 Legendary Antidotes/Cures

Also, to make recovery of her party/husband a little less power-heavy, the magic could have petrified them instead.

This character illustrates the plight of any half-breed, racial or species, creed or socioeconomic. So long people dehumanize/(de-sentiantize?) the outsider, these people will emerge.

Apart from that common angle, she doesn't really have much else to identify her and make me care that much. She is more a type then a person. Go to Comment
