Well nobody really knows and that is what the PC's should be hopefully intrigued to wonder and try to find out by venturing there and finding out the cold hard truth themselves. It is believed to be the site of the Fountain of Youth but it is all rumor that could be true. That is where the plot sets in for the PC's to go about and find out the truth along the path of the directions that aren't so clear.

It is kinda like the needle and a haystack story. But you could choose to let them find it or just piss them off and get them side-tracked so they go back to the place the were told of the rumor and slit the sorry bastard's throat that told them it. LOL

I love the story and the idea and the item. That guys name is cool Mirror Serpent. Please make some more details about the monk. I understand what he was but why did he vow to hold the latern forever and never have it fall?

In my campaign I would have it be ten feet radius and the lantern wouldn't kill them outright it would do severe fire damage though. Until someone picked it up to stop the pain of burning flesh. Or they ran away in terror of the pain.

You could also have it burn just people it reflects it's light unto clearly. Or directly. I might have it do severe damage but if I were to have it kill I think it would be kinda to powerful. I like ten feet much better though than ten miles so keep it that way please.

3/5

Also where are my spelling errors? and I just threw out the D20 as an example. Plus explain to me please the roman and greek god thingy. because I thought that is what they all were called in greek. I just went to three websites for information on greek gods vs. roman gods names and Zues, Ares, Hades and Apollo are all greek so check your sources then get back to me where you got me mixing up the gods thingy.

So please people before you complain or point out my errors check your own errors first and become aware of what you post because you may be the one wrong. Go to Comment

Ok but see Captain you put it a lot better than they did and I want to thank you for being so nice. I just hate it when I work on something and submit it and people just point out the negatives. I haven't gotten one yet that everyone says ooooo good item and gives me all 5/5 so I guess one day I will attain that status but not I need to tweak things a bit. By the way guys I was having a bad day because I wrote this thing like 3 times and every time I was almost done my house computer had a power surge and I lost it twice. So I wasn't very happy and it took me about 2 1/2 hours to do this because I lost it twice. But sorry for the comments above if they were offensive and thanks for the input. I hope you like the new properties better. It should fit everyone better in thier fantasy world.

Naw that was not a bad idea I thought it was great but it needed a few tweaks such as the power a bit to help format it better with everyone else. I meant to rate that a 4/5 but accidently did 3 so o well my bad. But I liked it and am going to use it hopefully in a dungeon type place. Go to Comment

I like it has a kinda of Lord of The Rings flavor to it with an aftertaste of DM "ANNILATION"!
It is sick and I am going to love picking on my PCs with this one. Question about Vrin what kinda powers does he have like could you possibly make a character profile on him I am interested in his character.

Yeah all of his bandit friends were his close buddies that helped him out steal riches and kill everyone that tried to stop them will add a bit to make that clear and he also wants revenge for all the pain and scars they left him. They nearly killed him and left him for dead. Go to Comment

Pulca Underground Ruins

Royal_Assassin's comment on 2003-09-25 08:18 PM
Good questions. The ruins were originally a great city of the old world also named Pulca. Yet after many years of war the city was leveled beyond belief and the rubble was buried by weather and the Earth basically itself. The rebuilding process came in and the city called off treaties with all thier enemies and also rebuilt it this time smaller and overtop the ruins. This making the city to small to be a threat and big enough to hold population. They are actually bigger than Pulca. They are vast and have small cave creatures and I am thinking of adding maybe a big creature to guard what treasure I am about to add. The Dro'Hizzir's have been there ever since the city was built and founded. The family was sworn to protect the city for the rest of thier family line. I will add this and more later I have been very busy lately with school work and otther things and am sorry for not adding more so quickly my sincere apologizes will be done in a week or so porbably in a few days give me time and I will give you a stroy of eternity.
Thank-you hope I helped out with any question.
