This is definately an interesting submission.

Had I joined the site a few years ago then I would no doubt be able to make my own "Voting Practices" submission. Alas I suppose it will have to wait.

I also agree with the idea of everyone knowing why they were given X out of 5.

For me this is a 3.5 out of 5.
