I really like this character, he made me laugh when I read about his random commands and projects, like an ADD child. A history would make this sub better, but its already very good. Creepy but cool. My main question would be: Why does the scarecrow need the spirits of nature trapped inside it? Does it re-enforce the Scarecrow's structure? It seems that the spirit enhanced-scarecrow would act very similarly to a non-spirit enhanced scarecrow, because the witch controls the creature from afar regardless. Now that I am thinking about it though, I guess the witch could be controlling the nature spirits rather than the body itself. Either way, I'm a little confused. Go to Comment
Its a good idea, but I'm not sure how the nomads are any more protected against the elements while riding the beetle's back, which would be the primary issue in a desert notorious for its sandstorms. But then again, perhaps I am misunderstanding the use of the beetles. Go to Comment

My world doesn't have a large chunk of legislation on anything. The closest approximation I can think of would be The Lord of the Rings, only Sauron won, then died. Basically, the primary population is evil, at least for the time being, which makes for a very chaotic social structure. Liches are accepted on whether or not they can survive. This allows Morbid to take liberties in his creative process that would usually draw an army of crusaders to his door. Go to Comment

This is an excellent all-around submission, hence the 5/5 vote, and the transition from demon to mortal to god is superbly described. Maybe this monster is merely misunderstood. Having the intellect of a child, but the muscle development of a monster, it is simply trying to make its way in the world. It would be very interesting for the PC's to go on a monster hunt, only to find the great beast playing a game with itself. Go to Comment
