An excellent way of establishing 'this is the history of the world as the PCs may know it', promising some accuracy but leaving the door open for secret history.

but we want excerpts! There are other articles hinting at historic events of arth like the returner wars, but I feel I am missing the basic picture to place it into. Go to Comment

I kinda like the idea of a lawless but civilised area of town. It could use a few twists and plot hooks, but it does have an angle. Go to Comment

Excellent hook, but would like to see some more. Why does it have pull at the court? Is the undead a state threat?

They're knights, but odd knights so how are they received by the common people? Are they met with scorn among other knights? Go to Comment

Nice example of a worldspanning order and their role. Would have liked to know more about the structure of the organisation. Is there a central headquarter or is it more of a network of equal regional bases? How are decisions made? Is there a grand master or a council?

A few details on things like the binding vows (which suggests they have a restraining role on wizardry) and perhaps also different factions with the guild would be nice extra touches. Go to Comment

I like it. How rare is it, any special and unique ingredients needed? Ways of keeping it moist obviously should be high on the agenda of any alchemist. Go to Comment

Sword of long term deadlyness

       By: Cheka Man

Held in a lead sheath the blade of this sword is tipped with uranium and any wound from it, even a tiny one, will go cancerous, although the effects may not show up for months or even years.
