I'm not sure of the year, but at a convention I made the acquaintance of Tom Moldvey(best known for his Giants of the Earth series in Dragon Magazine of TSR.. We got into a discussion of how primitive the idea of a campaign published by the major companies of the time were, I made an appointment to meet with him Sunday morning and show him my game. I chickened out. They bought Forgotten Realms, now Ill be the first to admit that Realms is way more in depth than my world was.But what if I had gone to that meeting? Go to Comment
You were the one who suggested a sub. I was thinking forum before you said that, now I'm in too deep. No , I do not have an end game, I was kinda gonna keep adding things until I felt that it was a good memoir.I don't see me spending more than the next week on it.Ill get bored and move on.Plus this is not my future in gaming,I have to get on with that. GM RULE #2 TRY TO SAY "YES"
When it matters and sometimes when it doesn't say "yes",especially if the table is chanting for it! Change something, let a player hit who missed by one, don't even make them roll if it's a great plan.Say "yes"!
(very true of a lot of less than critical situations)

This reminds me a LOT of Tanith Lee! I hate Tanith Lee styled stuff. This is however BETTER than her. You will be able to find an audience that will appreciate this. I do however feel it needs another re-write. If you do a major re-write, let me know and I'll give it another read. Based on being better Tanith Lee I'm giving you a 4/5. Just because I don't care for it, does not reflect poorly on it, nor my belief that you could have a success on your hands.. It's just not my cup of tea. Go to Comment
